After the Corona pandemic hit and its negative impact on all walks of life, and after the restrictions imposed on the issue of social distancing, the importance of managing teams and facilities from a distance is increasing, and the importance of maintaining production and giving levels by work teams and their managers is highlighted.

In this regard, The Company held a training workshop titled Passion to Lead which was attended by crew leaders. The training workshop was held over two days, and it was delivered by the expert in Management, Mr. Akram Elberri.

This aims to show the difference between a manager and a leader at work, and how an individual can improve his performance and the performance of the team he works with. In addition, the course covered the mechanisms of setting smart goals, managing delegation issues, following up on tasks for other people on the team, how to manage time and allocating tasks, and the basics of solving problems.

During the workshop, the crew leaders participated in practical activities and events that reinforced the concepts and ideas presented by the expert Akram in an atmosphere characterized by dialogues, exchange sessions, and open discussion.
